Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your SprayFoamOps subscription at any time. This policy describes how cancellation works and what to expect.
How to cancel
To cancel your subscription, go to the Billing page in your SprayFoamOps account and use the link to manage your subscription. You will be taken to our secure billing portal (powered by Stripe), where you can cancel your subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you will retain access until that date.
After cancellation
Once your current period ends, you will no longer be charged and your access to the Service will end. You will not be able to log in or view your data after that date. We do not offer a data export feature; if you need to keep records, save or download them before your access ends. We may delete your account and associated data 90 days after your access ends (see our Privacy Policy). If you wish to request deletion sooner, please use our contact page.
No refund for unused time
We do not provide refunds or credits for the unused portion of a billing period after you cancel. You will keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Reactivating
If you cancel and later want to subscribe again, you can do so from the Billing page. Your previous account and data may still be available if you sign in with the same credentials, unless it has already been deleted under our data retention policy.
