Refund & Dispute Policy

Subspace Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the SprayFoamOps subscription service. This policy describes how we handle refunds and billing disputes.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, cancelled subscriptions, or unused time, except where required by applicable law (for example, in certain jurisdictions you may have a right to cancel within a short period after purchase). If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us with your request and we will review it in good faith.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us first at the email below before disputing the charge with your bank or card issuer. We are happy to work with you to resolve billing issues. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute without contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account and we may provide your payment and account information to the payment processor to resolve the dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in permanent termination of your account and pursuit of recovery.
