Subspace Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the SprayFoamOps service and related websites (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service. Please read it carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information from your use of the Service, and information from third-party services we use to operate the Service.

Account and profile: When you register or manage your account, we collect name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). We may also collect your company name and settings (e.g., invoice display name, preferences).

Job and business data: When you use SprayFoamOps to track jobs, we store the data you enter, including job names, addresses, customer contact information (e.g., email, phone) that you provide for invoicing, labor and material details, costs, revenue, margins, and related notes. This data is scoped to your company account.

Payment and billing: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. We may store billing-related identifiers (e.g., Stripe customer ID, subscription status) to manage your subscription and access.

Usage and technical data: We may collect log data (e.g., IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps), session information, and similar technical data necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, operate, and maintain the Service; process subscriptions and manage billing; send transactional emails (e.g., invoice delivery via our email provider); authenticate users and enforce our terms; improve the Service and develop new features; protect against fraud and abuse; comply with legal obligations; and, where permitted, send you service-related or marketing communications (you may opt out of marketing at any time).

3. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

Service providers: We use third parties to operate the Service, including hosting and databases (e.g., MongoDB), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery (e.g., Resend). These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations to protect your information.

Legal and safety: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same privacy commitments.
4. Data Retention and Security

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After your subscription ends or your access is otherwise terminated, we may delete your account and associated data after 90 days. We do not delete your data solely for inactivity while your subscription is active. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Passwords are hashed; we do not store plaintext passwords.

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update account and profile information in the Service settings. To request deletion of your account or data, or to exercise other privacy rights, contact us at the email below. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. If you are in the European Economic Area or the UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use session and authentication-related technologies (including cookies and similar mechanisms) necessary for the Service to function (e.g., keeping you logged in, security). We may use analytics or performance cookies to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may limit Service functionality.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer. We take steps to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable law.

9. Changes to This Policy
